This is probably last bug fix release for 0.4.3 before 0.5 is released. It contains some bug fixes backported from 0.5 series. See changelog for details.
Package contains upgrade code that you can use when using non-modified version of 0.4, 0.4.1, 0.4.2. If using modified version it's recommended to do uninstall and then new install.
